William Hill Plymouth, Devon Customer Experience Manager 03/2015 to Current The job involves the running day to day of the business, keeping the marketing and presentation of the store up to date inline with our offers. Greeting customers, offering them tea or coffee. Using a very complex specific computer system created by windows to take, translate and payout each bet. Managing staff and training new staff. Keeping up to date with regular new offers and what they involve and offering these to the relevant customers. Making sure targets are meet and what we can do to the store to improve. Managing the money such as making sure we have sufficient funds for any outstanding bets or banking to targets.

I went on several courses the company offered such as sushi course to a visiting London fresh fish market and learned how to prepare and filet fish.
